Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver to operate from our Pueblo, CO hub. You’ll run dedicated regional lanes, delivering to Montana and Idaho with 2,800–3,000 miles per week and weekly home time.

This role offers a strong weekly earnings potential up to $1,820 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), and dental/vision insurance. Weekend shifts and holiday coverage may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience (first-seat experienced drivers).
• Mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations using hair follicle analysis and urinalysis.

THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE

• High Weekly Earning Potential: Average $1,540 to $1,820 weekly ($1,500 base weekly average) running 2,800 to 3,000 miles per week.
• Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus (see attached program details for breakdown).

ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS

• Dedicated round-trip regional lanes originating out of Pueblo, CO, running north to Montana and Idaho.
• Freight Handling: 100% drop-and-hook freight with consistent customer delivery processes and familiar stores.
• Hiring Area: Open to drivers living within 50 miles of Pueblo, CO (Zip 81001), with hiring footprints across CO, ID, MT, and WY.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Weekly Home Time: Get back home every week for a consistent 34-hour reset.
• Day and night shifts available requiring weekend work and holiday availability during peak season (October to January).
