Responsibilities

• Support new product development: Help turn ideas for new boat lifts, docks, and product improvements into detailed models and drawings.
• Create in 3D: Use SolidWorks to model parts and assemblies and prepare drawings for prototypes and production.
• Improve designs: Revise models and drawings based on team feedback, testing results, and current production standards.
• Work with production: Help the team understand drawings, address questions, and make sure parts fit and work as intended.
• Make clear reference materials: Prepare layouts and illustrations that help others understand our products.
• Keep files organized: Maintain drawing files, product information, and the engineering database.
• Keep projects moving: Gather the information you need, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Support the team: Follow company standards and procedures, and help with other related tasks as needed.
