Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Associate Designer to support engineering projects under the supervision of the Design Manager. You will gather inputs, design products in SolidWorks, and ensure conformance to CTI standards while meeting project timelines.

The role requires an AA degree or equivalent and proficiency in CAD, math, and technical communication. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and customers to deliver high-quality tooling designs.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and documents.
Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Experience creating CAD models and print reading for tooling and production.

Responsibilities

Gather design inputs from Project Manager, Sales, or customer.
Design product using SolidWorks software.
Check CAD models and drawings for conformance to standards.
Interface with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and customers as needed.
Design to meet scope of work, budget, and manufacturability for tooling and production.
Ensure designs satisfy project timing.
Perform miscellaneous duties as directed.
Maintain quality of work with accountability.
