HDR is seeking a Civil/Environmental Project Manager (Solid Waste) in Omaha to lead engineering, project management, and client coordination across waste infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has a PE license, 7+ years of related experience, and proven leadership in delivering complex civil/environmental projects.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience including project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/environmental projects including waste facilities and site development.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory permitting.
• Oversee design, cost estimation, and project schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
