HDR is seeking a Civil/Environmental Project Manager (Solid Waste) in the Dallas area. The role focuses on leading civil/site and environmental projects, coordinating design teams, and driving project delivery from planning through permitting.

Responsibilities

Planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of civil/site and environmental projects (landfills, vertical facilities, brownfields, remediation).
Lead project designer, engineer of record, and project manager on small to large projects; demonstrate progressive leadership.
Grow and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.
Identify upcoming project opportunities and participate in pursuit and proposal development.
Coordinate and mentor junior staff to grow the team.
