Legend Biotech in the United States is seeking a Scientist, Solid Tumor CAR-T for its Philadelphia, PA team. The role focuses on advancing CAR-T therapies for solid tumors, driving preclinical development from construct design through in vivo efficacy studies.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Immunology or Immuno-Oncology with up to 3 years of postdoctoral experience, and has hands-on experience with primary human T cell isolation, multicolor flow cytometry, and in vivo CAR-T evaluation.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, or related field.
• Experience with CAR-T or cell therapy research.
• Strong publication record or conference contributions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro CAR-T functional assays.
• Analyze T cell differentiation, activation, and memory subsets.
• Evaluate CAR-T trafficking and tumor infiltration in vivo by flow cytometry and IHC/IF.
• Engineer and maintain cancer cell lines for model development.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to translate findings.
