Legend Biotech in Philadelphia is seeking a Scientist to advance CAR-T therapies for solid tumors. You will drive preclinical development from construct design through animal model efficacy studies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Immunology or Immuno-Oncology with up to 3 years of postdoc experience and expertise in T cell biology, flow cytometry, and molecular biology. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, or closely related field.
• Primary human T cell isolation, activation, lentiviral transduction, and expansion required.
• Multicolor flow cytometry in data acquisition and analysis.
• Experience with CAR-T and tumor immunology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro functional assays.
• Binder selection for CAR design.
• Handle and engineer human and murine T cells.
• Develop and maintain cancer cell lines for model development.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot, and present to internal stakeholders.
