Job summary

Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a General Laborer to join a growing production team in Hanover, PA. The ideal candidate will work with solid surface materials and shop tools, demonstrating precision and craftsmanship.

You will fabricate components to customer specs, sand and route surfaces, assemble pieces, and operate a range of power tools. Previous fabrication experience, a detail‑oriented mindset, and the ability to follow instructions are important.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication or shop experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow specifications and work instructions.
• Comfortable working with power tools and machinery.

Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a General Laborer to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for hands‑on individuals with experience working with solid surface materials and shop tools who take pride in precision craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

Fabricate solid surface components according to customer specifications Sand, route, and finish solid surface materials Glue and assemble individual solid surface pieces into larger finished products Assemble CNC‑cut panels into completed components Work with a variety of materials including: Solid surface composites Plywood MDF OSB Epoxy Operate and maintain a range of power tools and hand tools, including: Band saw Table saw Router Sanders Various hand tools Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the fabrication process

Qualifications

Previous fabrication or shop experience preferred Ability to read and follow specifications and work instructions Comfortable working with power tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay: $18-23 per hour, based on experience
