Job summary

Inpro in Muskego, Wisconsin, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to help produce high-quality solid surface products. You will pour, measure, cut, drill, sand, and fabricate components as part of a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in manufacturing, with preferences for solid surface fabrication, carpentry, and finishing trades, plus basic math and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with solid surface products or fabrication preferred.
• Carpentry experience preferred.
• Finishing trades experience preferred.
• Good math aptitude with ability to read tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Knowledge in reading and understanding blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
