Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a motivated intern to support the Hydrogen & Electrochemistry team in Idaho Falls. The role involves assisting with electrochemical testing, system design and validation, and materials characterization for solid oxide devices, with a focus on producing electricity or hydrogen.

The internship follows a 9x80 on-site schedule at the Idaho Falls campus, with start dates varying by project and student availability.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full time in an undergraduate, masters, or PhD program in Chemical/Electrical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum overall GPA 3.0.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (including CPT/OPT).
• Submit current resume or CV; unofficial transcripts included.
• Provide current class schedule and credits.
• Preferred: experience with design/manufacture/testing of solid oxide devices.
