Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a motivated intern to support our Hydrogen & Electrochemistry team. The intern will help with electrochemical testing, system design and validation, and materials characterization on solid oxide devices.

The position may involve experimental systems, electrical instrumentation, data processing, and learning about solid oxide technology. Onsite 9x80 schedule at Idaho Falls campus with varying start dates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full time in an Undergraduate, Masters, or PhD program in Engineering.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT/OPT).
• Current resume or CV and unofficial transcripts.
• Current class schedule with credits.

Responsibilities

• Support design/manufacture/testing of solid oxide devices for electricity or hydrogen.
• Assist with electrochemical testing, system design/validation and materials characterization.
• Contribute to data processing and interpretation for ongoing experiments.
