JOB SUMMARY:
To assist header operator with daily production workload and insure running machine are producing quality precision aircraft quality fastener. Keep work area in clean and orderly fashion.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $24.00-$38.46.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral diagram form.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Machine Technical School graduate preferred. 0-2 years mechanical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
