Job summary

Strategy Consulting Team, LLC seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) to support an Army National Guard H2F program. You will design, coordinate, and evaluate injury prevention initiatives that reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve overall readiness.

This role works directly with Soldiers, unit leaders, H2F teammates, and medical personnel to identify risk factors, reinforce safe training, and develop reconditioning programs for returning soldiers, while mentoring unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• At least 3 years postgrad experience in injury risk assessments and reconditioning education.
• Experience serving athletes, military personnel, or high-performing groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt injury prevention assessments and reconditioning programs for Soldiers.
• Identify injury risk factors, assess movement patterns, and support training practices.
• Develop and maintain a resources database with assessments and rehab guides.
• Train Soldiers in evidence-based reconditioning and recovery skills.
• Coordinate with H2F teammates and medical personnel to oversee programs.
• Coach and mentor unit H2F-Integrators and medical staff on risk assessment.
• Provide mentorship to at least 80 percent of H2F Integration Teams each quarter.
• Maintain knowledge of Army H2F standards, FM 7-22, AR 600-9, AR 350-1.
• Maintain professional communication with unit leadership and stakeholders.
