Job summary

Strategy Consulting Team, LLC seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to support Army National Guard H2F initiatives inAnchorage, AK. The IPS designs, coordinates, and evaluates injury prevention programs to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve readiness, working with Soldiers, unit leaders, and medical personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or Kinesiology with 3+ years postgrad experience in injury risk assessments and reconditioning; a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in injury risk assessments and reconditioning.
• Certifications in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, adapt injury prevention assessments and reconditioning programs for Soldiers across various risk levels.
• Identify injury risk factors, assess movement patterns, and support training practices to reduce injuries.
• Develop and maintain a resources database covering assessments and rehabilitation guides.
• Train Soldiers in evidence-based reconditioning and recovery skills to reduce injury risk.
• Coordinate with H2F team specialists and medical personnel to oversee reconditioning programs.
• Coach and mentor unit H2F-Integrators and medical personnel through guidance and hands-on training.
• Provide documented mentorship to at least 80% of designated H2F Integration Teams each quarter.
• Maintain knowledge of Army H2F standards, FM 7-22, AR 600-9, AR 350-1.
