Job summary

Qualifications

  • US citizenship is required due to sensitive customer requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time is required.
  • Experience working with U.S. Army Soldiers of all ranks is preferred.
  • Prior DoW acquisitions, military logistics or OT&E experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Attend HFE and LUE to gather Soldier feedback on ergonomic, functional, and mission requirements.
  • Assist in managing the Soldier Enhancement Program from proposal to fielding.
  • Travel to Army bases to oversee fielding and gather fielding feedback.
  • Act as the primary user advocate within IPTs, coordinating with logisticians, engineers, and acquisition professionals.
  • Compile evaluation reports, AARs, and fielding status updates for leadership decisions.
