Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR compliance.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
• Solder certification J-STD-001 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
• Proficient in safe use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering iron and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs diversified soldering operation, including torch and iron soldering.
• Performs diversified assembly on a variety of products with close tolerances and interrelated factors.
• Read blueprints, wire schematics, and use measurement instruments to verify quality.
• Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, touch up paint, and perform packing and shipping duties.
• Perform potting and encapsulation operations.
• Operate in a team environment, train others as needed.
