The role emphasizes reading diagrams, maintaining clean work areas, and adherence to safety/ESD standards while contributing to productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a first shift, full‑time position on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and process docs.
• Inspect solder joints for quality and conformance to specs.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, or equipment issues.
• Use soldering tools and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).
• Follow safety, quality, and ESD requirements; meet productivity and attendance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives.
