Job Title: Soldering Operator / Manufacturing Soldering TechnicianDepartment: Manufacturing / ProductionReports To: Production SupervisorFLSA Status: Non‑ExemptShift: 1stJob SummaryThe Soldering Operator is responsible for performing manual and/or automated soldering operations on components, assemblies, or products in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
