Blueworx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to assist with the assembly and manufacturing of vents and related components. The role is based in Tulsa, OK and requires hands-on soldering work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions to ensure quality and proper fit of finished products.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting production goals in a manufacturing environment, with a first shift 6am-3:30pm and competitive pay.

Formación

• Previous soldering or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Perform soldering on vents and related metal components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Assemble, join, and secure components using appropriate soldering tools and techniques.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, proper alignment, and secure connections.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or soldering issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and workmanship.
• Properly maintain and handle soldering equipment and hand tools.
