Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services in Michigan is seeking an Electronics Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will solder small electronic components and circuit boards, using a microscope for precision, and follow detailed work instructions to maintain quality.

The role requires at least 1 year of soldering experience, a steady hand, and the ability to pass a soldering test. Paid hourly, 1st shift Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional Fridays.

Qualifications

• IPC experience is a plus, but not required.

Electronics Soldering Technician Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable Electronics Soldering Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for soldering small electronic components, inspecting work for quality, and following production instructions. The ideal candidate has good attention to detail and enjoys working with small parts.

Responsibilities

• Solder small electronic components and circuit boards.
• Use a microscope or magnifying equipment to perform precision soldering.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work safely and support other production tasks as needed.

Pay: $17-$19 an hour, depending on experience. Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thurs 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (10 hour shifts). Fridays as needed.
