Responsibilities of the Solderers

• Ability to read and analyze instructions and procedures, engineering drawings, schematics and specifications
• Soldering parts and metal fixtures toSMTCircuit Boards.
• Ability to locate and analyze complex production problems.
  • Ability to read assembly prints and follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to solder with accuracy.
  • Ability to work with components.
  • Operation of multiple types of soldering equipment.
  • Assembly problem-solving on the fly is critical

Requirements of the SMT Solderers

• Ability to manually place and solder withindefined period-of-time.
• Must have soldering experience, 2 plus years or more
• Knowledge of assembly procedures, processes, and quality specifications
• Ability to utilize hand tools; Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, understand and follow assembly instructions, including visual aids and drawings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation/Benefits for the Solderers

Pay Rate: DOE $18.00+
