Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Solderer (Assembler) in Camarillo, CA. The role requires J-STD-001 certification and experience in precision soldering of electronic assemblies in a fast-paced production setting.

Pay ranges from $24 to $28 per hour DOE, with a 1st shift and daily overtime. Candidate will read blueprints and work with microscopes to ensure high-quality solder joints. Team-oriented but capable of working independently in a busy environment.

Solderer (Assembler)

Location: Camarillo, CA -Pay: $24-28/hr DOE -Schedule: 1st shift with daily overtime hours

We are currently seeking a J-STD Certified Solderer to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing precision soldering on electronic assemblies while maintaining the highest quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Current or previous IPC J-STD-001 Certification required.


• Experience soldering through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.


• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Comfortable working with microscopes and small electronic components.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 Certification is a plus.


• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or electronics manufacturing.


• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality systems.
