Job summary

TE Connectivity plc is seeking a Production Operator III - Solder Assembler for the 3rd shift at our Mansfield, OH facility. You will assemble, solder, and test relays and contactors, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures in a union site environment.

Responsibilities include operating tests, reading blueprints, using gauges and soldering tools, and training teammates as needed. A high school diploma or GED and ITAR eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and test instructions.
• Experience with measuring instruments and soldering procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and test relays and contactors on third shift.
• Operate tests, adjust units to meet FTP specifications and procedures.
• Read drawings and test reports; verify conformance to quality specs.
• Train and support teammates as needed.
