Job summary

Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year in manufacturing, soldering experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a Mechatronics/electronics technician degree or certification.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum manufacturing experience, preferably soldering and assembly.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Degree or certification as Mechatronics/electronics technician.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and SOPs/OMS.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for testing of electronics/mechanical parts.
  • Prior experience with soldering and small parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components per standardized work instructions and drawings.
  • Test electronic and mechanical parts with focus on precision and quality.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and OMS.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization per 5S standards.
  • Operate microscopes and small hand tools for fine-detailed assembly.
  • Solder small parts and wires as needed.
  • Work overtime as production requires.
