Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator I for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Sun–Thu) at Landisville, PA. You will solder, assemble connectors, and perform quality checks per TE procedures, while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace under EH&S policies.

Candidates should have soldering experience, read blueprints, and be proficient with small hand tools. GED/high school diploma and technical training are preferred; readiness to work extended hours is required.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience and ability to solder/desolder components.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficient with small hand tools and reading blueprints/drawings.
• Strong English communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Solder components to assemble connectors per specifications, using soldering iron.
• Align and clamp parts with hand tools or fixtures; ensure quality per procedures.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and procedures; maintain clean work area.
