Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Solder/Press Fit Lead to organize a production area, supervise soldering and pressing operations, and ensure high quality with IPC standards. You will coordinate with supervisors, train operators and adapt to schedule changes while maintaining a clean, 6S environment.

The role requires good English, understanding of PCB assembly, and ability to work with diverse teams in a manufacturing setting. Strong problem solving and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and MAIs for PCB manufacturing.
• Understand IPC standards and soldering methods for SMT and through-hole components.
• Maintain ESD controls and verify component orientation and part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a production area to meet daily/weekly schedules.
• Oversee solder/press fit processes and adjust for quality and throughput.
• Provide training and feedback to operators; ensure 6S in the workplace.
• Attend production meetings and manage staffing as needed.
• Resolve manufacturing issues and communicate with supervisor.
