Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join the Crossett, AR warehouse. You will count, package, and move items around the facility, supporting the harness production team and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety guidelines, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma is required and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving with counting, packaging, and moving items.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet targets and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
