Description

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot inverters, combiner boxes and replace/repair string lines.
• Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operating with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot solar system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
• Operate your company motor vehicle safely and legally per the company Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
• Maintain company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional.

Physical/Work Environment

At the company, safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.

• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Work possible rotating shifts(100% travel is required for this position).
• Work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions with blowing pollen, dust, and grasses.
• Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
