Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans for commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform routine mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including instrumentation calibration.
  • Conduct thermal imaging, insulation resistance testing, and detailed reporting.
  • Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, NFPA) and maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Provide on-call support for weekend dispatch as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of field experience or technical training in commercial and industrial solar/photovoltaic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and equipment data sheets.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a focus on commercial and industrial solar applications.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and terrains, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
