Everlight Solar is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Solar System Design Specialist to join our innovative team. We provide a comprehensive and engaging training program, so no prior experience is necessary. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of solar energy projects, collaborating with customers, team members, and contractors to ensure successful and timely project delivery with outstanding quality.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Candidates must own a Mac computer and be proficient in the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.). Key Responsibilities:
Design customized solar panel systems for each client
Perform data entry and generate reports for the sales team
Be available to support the sales team during appointments
Oversee CAD processes and manage multiple projects through all phases
Act as a liaison among field technicians, management, government authorities, and customers
Independently handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Proactively complete projects on schedule
Review and ensure accuracy in project documentation
Monitor equipment production to maintain product integrity
Consistently meet project deadlines
Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of projects
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize effectively
Good judgment and foresight in decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple software
