Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of SCADA and PPC systems.
• Familiarity with grid interconnection standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering and commissioning activities for solar, BESS, and hybrid energy facilities.
• Execute the integration of SCADA and Power Plant Controller (PPC) systems.
• Analyze utility interconnection requirements and grid compliance standards.
• Review and validate electrical studies including load flow, short circuit, and reactive power analyses.
• Coordinate communications between inverters, meters, relays, and plant control systems.
• Execute and oversee testing and commissioning activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, FAT/SAT procedures, engineering reports, and client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot operational issues involving controls, telemetry, and plant performance.
• Participate in field commissioning and utility witness testing.
