Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across workstreams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision.
• Advanced Excel; VBA/Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management team in resolving commercial, operational, contractual, and lender-related matters.
• Assist with financial planning and analytics for operating assets, including monthly revenue and expense accruals.
• Analyze monthly project-level P&L statements and cash flow forecasts with insights for portfolio managers.
• Support annual budgeting by reviewing asset performance and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, lender reports, stakeholder updates, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely communication of financial, operational, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to process improvements and data quality within asset management.
