Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, environmental studies, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, operations, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across workstreams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for renewables and energy transition; basic understanding of energy market fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management team in resolving commercial, operational, contractual, compliance, and lender-related matters.
• Assist with financial planning and analytics for operating assets, including monthly revenue and expense accruals.
• Analyze monthly project‑level P&L statements, variance drivers, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting by reviewing asset performance and standardizing fleet-wide assumptions.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Calculate and report key metrics including Availability, Performance Ratio, and energy yield.
• Prepare dashboards, lender reports, stakeholder updates, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely communication of financial, operational, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice workflow development.
