Job summary

SolSystems is seeking a Client Relations Intern to support the Client Relations Team. The intern will assist with customer account management and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies.

Based in Washington, DC, this full-time summer internship (30–40 hours/week, 8–10 weeks) offers hands-on exposure to SREC markets and customer data management. The role provides experience in HubSpot, internal databases, and cross-functional projects, with a focus on excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
• Support data tracking and development of accounts in HubSpot and internal databases.
• Contribute to project-based business development initiatives to retain existing customers and reach out to potential customers.
• Assist with state registration processes.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
