You'll build a public-facing savings calculator, create accessible graphics, and present recommendations to improve customer experience and program effectiveness while collaborating across operations and strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to advancing energy and environmental equity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience gathering, tracking, and sorting data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with consumer protection or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
