Job summary

Boralex Inc. is seeking a hands-on Asset Management support role in Alabama to manage landscape maintenance at energy sites and assist with site upkeep.

You will operate mowers and tractors, apply herbicides, handle logistics for shipments, and support safety and compliance on site. The position emphasizes physical effort, attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and flexible hours with potential remote elements in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with ability to follow specific instruction.
• Must be able to operate zero-turn mowers, tractors and side by side UTV.
• Must have experience with application of herbicides.
• Must possess ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
• Must posses good mobility, as position requires movement and physical activity.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments and monitor receipt of goods.
• Mowing, edging and fertilizing.
• Weeding and mulching landscape.
• Removing small trees, hedges, vines and shrubs.
• Maintaining site maintenance equipment.
• Maintain soil to prevent erosion.
• Filling in erosion spots with rock and liner.
• Accompany and guide suppliers on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
• Plan corrective work (civil).
• Participate in problem-solving and propose and implement creative solutions.
