Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Site Manager (Renewables) to lead utility-scale solar projects in Cheyenne, WY. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate mechanical, electrical, and underground crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on project management, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field documentation while maintaining compliance with AHJ, NEC, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction management in utility-scale solar.
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred).
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required).
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work long hours and travel frequently.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value across the project.
• Assist PM with developing project budget and estimating production rates.
• Direct, coordinate, and manage mechanical, electrical, and underground crews.
• Oversee quality control and ensure site drawings are followed.
• Track daily progress and coordinate with multiple teams (PM, procurement, logistics).
