Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking an On-Site Solar HSE Student to support safety programs and conduct site observations. This full-time internship runs May through August 2027 across project locations including Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and Oregon.

Reliable transportation to job sites is required. The role focuses on health, safety and environmental practices, assisting with procedures, audits, and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a HSE function.
• Have completed or be enrolled in any HSE related courses
• Ability to work effectively with others and meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can convey information to both technical and general audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
