Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking an On-Site Solar HSE Student to support safety programs, conduct site observations and help create a safer jobsite. This full-time internship runs May through August 2027 across Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and Oregon.

Candidates must have transportation to the job sites and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Responsibilities include learning OSHA regulations, auditing safety practices, and assisting with safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in an HSE function.
• Have completed or be enrolled in any HSE related courses.
• Ability to work effectively with others and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn the importance of Health, Safety and Environmental.
• Learn OSHA regulations.
• Read and understand procedures regarding safety.
• Perform audits, safety meetings, and overall safety in construction.
