Qualifications

- Valid and clean driver's license required.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
- Must be able to work on roofs and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Candidate should be highly motivated and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install solar system components in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform solar panel removal and reinstallation.
- Conduct robotic cleaning for commercial solar panels.
- Repair, remove, and reinstall solar inverters.
- Document work with photos, logs, and CRM entries.
- Communicate findings clearly to customers and management.
