Job summary

AGT is seeking hard-working Service Electricians to join the GREEN TEAM for solar EPC projects in Florida and the Caribbean. The role requires installing, wiring, testing, and commissioning solar systems, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar systems and electrical components.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and keep the work area clean for installation of equipment.
• Plan installations to minimize waste and comply with electrical codes.
• Install control and distribution equipment and panels.
• Terminate wiring and equipment per code or specs.
• Connect power cables and install grounding leads.
• Prepare sketches or follow diagrams to locate wiring and equipment.
• Test circuit continuity for safety and compatibility.
• Observe equipment operation to determine hazards or need for adjustments.
• Install solar components AC/DC per plans and mount panels and racking.
