Office is located in Portland, OR

Compensation

Commission only. Top reps earn 3-6 deals a month.

What's Required

  1. Must live within 45 minutes of the office
  2. Must be willing to commute to the office multiple times a week
  3. Must speak fluent English
  4. Must have a valid US driver's license
  5. Must be comfortable working in a commission-only role
  6. Must be willing to work a minimum of 30 hrs a week

Uncapped commission with massive earning potential. Incentive trips. Leads may be provided upon completion of training.

Position Summary

You will be at the forefront of the sales process, guiding it from start to finish while working alongside an amazing team of Customer Service, Operations, and Installation pros. It's a chance to make a real difference in a fun and supportive environment!

Responsibilities

  1. Traveling to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems.
  2. Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities.
  3. Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals.
  4. Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible.
  5. Have a professional, consultative approach to in-home presentations and proposals.
  6. Speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
  7. Communicate skillfully and professionally; sales experience is preferred.
