Solar Sales Representative

Location: Boston, MA

Shift: Full-Time

Division: Blue Raven Solar Sales

Compensation:

  • Commission only
  • Earn $2,800 - $8,000+ per deal, depending on system size
  • Top reps close 3-6 deals a month

Requirements:

  • Live within 45 minutes of the office
  • Willing to commute to the office multiple times a week
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only role
  • Willing to work a minimum of 30 hours a week

Position Summary:

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, educating homeowners about solar energy benefits and guiding them through switching to renewable power. You will generate your own leads and meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to potential customer homes to present solar systems and savings
  • Generate leads through personal networks, social media, and door-knocking
  • Educate customers with personalized proposals
  • Follow up to ensure smooth transition to solar
  • Maintain a professional, consultative approach during in-home presentations
  • Speak passionately about the benefits of solar energy
  • Communicate effectively; sales experience preferred
