Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to educate homeowners about solar energy inside Lowe's locations. This customer-facing role focuses on qualifying leads and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with Energy Consultants.

The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, a full benefits package for eligible employees, and flexible scheduling including full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home inside Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Position Type: Full-time (Part-time hours available at select locations)
