Job summary

Brda Electric Inc. in the St. Louis area is seeking a full-cycle Solar Sales Representative who can generate opportunities, present solar solutions, close deals, and move sold projects into installation.

You are selling a complete energy solution backed by Brda’s in-house design and installation teams, not a box of panels. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. Ideal candidates have proven solar sales success, a history of closing many deals, and comfort selling to warm

Qualifications

• Has proven solar sales experience with numbers to back it up.
• History of closing many deals.
• Can take customers from lead intake to a closed deal.

Responsibilities

• Working company-provided leads.
• At times generating your own residential and small commercial solar leads starting with our client base of thousands of customers.
• Conducting homeowner and business consultations.
• Identifying energy needs and potential solar opportunities.
• Gathering the information necessary for system design.
• Working with Brda’s team to develop customized solar proposals.
• Presenting system designs and pricing to customers.
• Explaining financing, cash purchase, and PPA options.
• Handling objections and negotiating with confidence.
• Closing solar contracts.
• Maintaining your sales pipeline and follow-up schedule.
• Communicating sold projects to Brda’s internal installation team.
• Maintaining the customer relationship throughout the sales-to-installation transition.
