Job summary

Venture Home, a Northeast residential energy company, is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships with homeowners, present solar options, and close deals. In this in-home sales role, you’ll receive scheduled appointments and a strong support system, with a base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000).

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Solar experience is welcomed.

• Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on solar options.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets in a high-performance environment.
• Work with the appointment setting team to convert qualified leads into customers.
• Represent Venture Home professionally and communicate the value of solar and incentives.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem \"too good to be true\".
