Venture Home Group in Monroeville, PA is hiring Solar Sales Consultants to help homeowners switch to clean energy. You will meet with clients, present solar solutions, and close deals with the support of a high-performance team.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commissions, a 401k match, and comprehensive benefits. A reliable vehicle and a valid license are required to be considered for the position.

Competenze

• Sales experience required.
• Outside/in-home sales preferred.
• Solar industry experience welcome.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt.

Mansioni

• Meet with homeowners to present solar options and close deals.
• Collaborate with appointment setters to maximize qualified appointments.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
