Venture Home Group is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations and educate them on residential solar energy. You will schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants and help homeowners save money through solar.

This full-time role emphasizes a positive, outgoing attitude, strong communication, and the ability to meet appointment goals while representing the company professionally. Weekends and flexible shifts are typical in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn about solar energy and qualify leads

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar
• Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company
• Accurately record appointments and customer information
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals
• Approximately 40 hours per week
