Job summary

A national construction firm is seeking a Solar Safety Coordinator to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team by ensuring compliance with safety regulations across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in Occupational Health and Safety, strong communication skills, and the ability to evaluate EHS-related risks. This position requires high travel across states and is full-time exempt with a focus on safety management and training implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/DOL/EPA regulations and OSHA compliance.
• OSHA 500, STS, CHST/OHST certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support EHS functions on a project site.
• Lead project site safety initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions.
