Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of construction safety experience preferred; solar or renewable-energy experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of solar construction hazards and general construction safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field safety support and assist managers with safety policies.
• Develop strategies to reduce injuries and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
